Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- All watches are manually assembled and quality tested before shipping.
- Processing time: 5–8 business days (assembly + testing).
- Delivery time after shipping: 2–7 business days, depending on destination.
- Total estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Taxes & Duties
- EU customers: Taxes are included in the price.
- International customers: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
- Damaged or defective items: Eligible for free replacement or full refund.
- Custom-made watches: Non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
- Pre-made watches: Can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, contact support@nadewatches.com with your order number.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method after inspection.
6 Month Warranty
All watches sold by nadewatches are covered by a 6 month warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Parts and labor required for repairs
- Movement or component failures under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
During the warranty period, Nade watches will repair or replace defective components at no cost. If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a comparable model.
This warranty does not cover:
- Unauthorized modifications or opening of the case
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, etc.)
- Water damage outside the rated resistance
Purchases done through Vinted, are not covered by this warranty. Refer to the Vinted 48 hour inspection period.
To request warranty service, please contact support@nadewatches.com with your proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us. Return shipping after repair or replacement is covered by Nadewatches.
